Ten Hours of Coverage - Refers to time spent on any aspect of recording/capturing media during the day of the wedding. We are capturing video and audio to the best of our ability during this range of coverage. We have found that 10 hours is typically the perfect amount of time for us to spend shooting a wedding. We review your schedule and advise you on our start and end time. You can request us to stay extra hours past our agreed upon coverage duration once we get verbal agreement the day of the wedding. We?re happy to stay longer so just let us know.
3 Digital Video Camera and 2 Professional Cinematographers - With three HD cameras and 2 cinematographers, we can provide full coverage for both the bride and groom, as well as 3 angle coverage for ceremony, and reception events.
Post-Process Color Grading - This is the coloring process that happens during post-production. This is what really takes our films to the next level compared to simple video services provided by others. Our movies are rendered with professional film looks, which adds that extra bit of cinema feel to the final product. We use only the most advanced software to achieve this look. An example of color grading can be viewed HERE.
Cinematic Wedding Trailer - The most rewarding part of the package, the cinematic wedding trailer is an emotional re-telling of the day's events, made immediately available within 2-3 weeks after the wedding date. The trailer usually includes soundbites from the ceremony (vows, exchanging of the rings, first kiss) and soundbites from the speeches, edited with our enthralling cinematography work. The final film is about 4-6 minutes long, but may run longer depending on how much time we are given to shoot the day of the wedding. We always encourage our films to be shared on social media.
Wedding Highlights Movie - The summary of the wedding day. This is an edited movie that includes all of the key moments of the day in their entirety, such as the vows, exchanging of the rings, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, etc. The final film is about 10-30 minutes long, depending on how much activity was scheduled the day of the wedding.
Full Footage of Ceremony, and Reception - The Ceremony and Reception in its entirety, unedited. We take particular care in securing the best audio by fitting both the groom and the officiant with mics, as well as recording ambient sound on other devices. For the reception, we are usually able to plug into the DJs equipment to record quality audio for the speeches.
3 Blu-ray Discs with Custom Case and Faceprint Art - Because our final films are High Definition quality, we provide blu-ray discs rather than DVDs. This preserves the quality of the final product. We also design artwork that is printed directly on the discs, which include the names of the bride and groom and the wedding date.
1 8GB USB Flashdrive with Backup Digital Files - A flashdrive that includes mp4 video files, encoded for HD quality. This is not a playable disc. It is a drive that contains the digital video files only, which you can copy onto your computer and play using applications such as quicktime or windows media player.
Digital HD Downloads of .mp4 Movie Files - Optional online download links to download your HD video files directly to your phone or computer. Sent via email.
